What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review CRA regulations to analyze potential community development activities and prepare rationale write-ups reflecting the Bank's impact
- Conduct analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of CRA programs, providing recommendations for enhancements
- Coordinate and support volunteer event opportunities related to CRA/Community Development, ensuring adequate coverage
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding questions and concerns, ensuring compliance with volunteer management policies
- Assist with other duties, such as the annual Assessment Area delineation or Public File maintenance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management
- Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in a Community Reinvestment Act capacity (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Line of Defense)
- Experience in Volunteer Management, CRA program compliance, and examination
- Experience at an FDIC-regulated financial institution or as an Examiner
