Job Description
A large manufacturer and distributor of solar trackers and structures for solar panels is seeking experienced Crane Operators. The role involves moving material around the warehouse and outside area, primarily handling larger steel components used to build structures for solar panels. Operators may also assist other departments with general labor tasks. The position requires constant movement and repetitive processes to efficiently move products along the line.

Work Environment
The role is based in two large, newly established facilities in Houston, TX. The primary location is a large facility with most areas being non-climate controlled, while the secondary location, opening soon, will be fully air-conditioned and cleaner. Employees will work alongside assemblers, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment. The workweek consists of five 8-hour days, with most Saturdays and alternating Sundays also required, averaging 45 to 52 hours per week. There are three shifts available: 1st Shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm, 2nd Shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, and 3rd Shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am, with designated 30-minute breaks during each shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
