      Job Description

      You are responsible for the creation and documentation of modeling plans to engineering team and initiation of new processes and tools. Responsible to create and execute Finite Element Analysis (FEA) plans for assigned projects. Participate in the creation of assigned subsystem Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models . Motivate CAE suppliers and internal resources to meet program milestones and deliverables. Perform and oversee resources for virtual assessment of designs and compare results to performance requirements. Initiate design solutions to resolve any performance issues with mass & cost efficiency.

      Additional Job Description

      Non-linear mechanics knowledge, Ls-Dyna
      • Good experience in Product Engineering
      * Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
      • Experience in CAE commercial tools for Pre and pos-processing, as well as solvers, preferably:
      • CAE Design (modelling): ANSA / Primer / Hypermesh / SimLab / SimSolid
      • Safety: LS-dyna / Metapost
      • Basic understanding of validation processes.
      • Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of mechanical mechanisms.
      • High level of analytical ability where problems are complex and difficult to solve.
      • Demonstrated proficiency in project management skills.
      • This position requires you to be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.
      • English Advanced is highly required
