What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage field inventory strategies and initiatives to achieve service and inventory goals
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure proper inventory positioning and accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and monitor inventory levels at customer accounts
- Educate customers on inventory management processes and requirements
- Provide on-call support for business needs, including evenings and weekends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in inventory management within a supply chain or distribution environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, and mStar
- Interest in transitioning into a clinical field-based role
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
