What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences to students
- Differentiate instruction based on individual student mastery levels
- Maintain student academic integrity through effective grade book management
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to support learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and active state teaching license
- Ability to clear required background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Capacity to work collaboratively with other educators on data-driven instruction
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms rapidly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience teaching in an online (virtual) or brick-and-mortar environment
- Familiarity with online learning platforms
- Experience supporting adults and children in technology use
- Previous work with the proposed age group
