      You are:

      We seek an Associate Creative Director with a Copy background with experience leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects with emphasis on campaigns that live across a brand's ecosystem. This position requires someone who can work both as an individual contributor and as the lead for a team of creatives. Act as a key collaborator on an interdisciplinary team delivering client solutions. You must be confident presenting in front of clients, partnering with them, and expert at concepting, developing, and executing innovative ideas. This person must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should be comfortable working across all media (print, email, site content, social campaigns, e-commerce) and thrive in environments where multitasking is essential.

      The work:

      1. Collaborate with integrated creative teams on a range of advertising and marketing projects
      2. Lead, write, direct content for various briefs across the client's communication ecosystem
      3. Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creative teams, ensuring quality standards in all deliverables
      4. Participate in new business development and help grow the account
      5. Structure, present, persuade, and defend concepts and executions in internal and client meetings

      Basic Qualifications:

      • 7+ years of copywriting experience
      • At least 3 years of agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media—including digital, social, film, long-form content, and print
      • Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and exceptional craft

      Bonus points if you have:

      • Bachelor's degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English
      • Excellent presentation/public speaking skills
      • Clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising
      • Natural storytelling skills
      • Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients
      • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development
      • Ability to work well in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
      • Experience in scaled AOR engagements
      • Portfolio with award-winning, industry-recognized work (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andy's, Effies, ADC)
      • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
      • Experience using GenAI as part of your workflow
