Create visually engaging digital content for key team initiatives i ncluding but not limited to executive decks, branded one-pagers, digital graphics, and short-form videos.
Conduct current state assessment and outline a creative go-forward strategy that incorporates clear messaging and dynamic, eye-catching visuals.
Develop and manage a project plan to execute the creative strategy from concept to delivery.
Build a versatile asset kit that includes modern imagery, icons, and templates, ensuring alignment with the Cox brand guidelines.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the final assets meet organizational needs and brand standards.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Strong graphic design skills and an eye for modern, on-brand visuals
Excellent storytelling abilities, with an aptitude for visual communication
Ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams
Familiarity with Flash (preferred but not required )

Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description
The Cox Enterprises Talent Strategy Team is looking for a creative and innovative intern to play a key role in defining and reshaping how we communicate our people practices. In this role, you’ll c reate dynamic resources that support and empower enterprise leaders and employees. You will not only contribute fresh, creative ideas but also collaborate with the leadership team to bring our talent philosophy to life through visually engaging and compelling digital assets. As a Talent Strategy Creative Intern, you will partner with key stakeholders to assess the current state of resources, outline a creative vision, develop a project plan, and produce e ngaging, relevant materials such as short-form videos, executive decks, branded one-pagers, and more. You’ll also help integrate a refreshed brand tone into our resources that will be used across the organization.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
