      Your Opportunity as the Creative Content Coordinator

      The Creative Content Coordinator will support various content projects and campaigns across Smucker’s portfolio of brands as part of the Seed Creative in-house Agency. The Creative Content Coordinator will coordinate the production of various content (including in-store tactics, digital content and digital advertising).

      This individual will interface with multiple internal teams, including in-house creative designers, copywriters, and internal cross-functional partners. The Creative Content Coordinator will facilitate and support producing a variety of content across all appropriate channels and tactics. They will gain experience managing timelines, sourcing vendors, facilitating feedback and approvals, and delivering compelling content on time and on budget. This position requires extremely organized workstream and project management mindset and strong communication skills.

      Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices

      Work Arrangements: Hybrid, O nsite approximately 6-9 days per month, during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

      In this role you will:

      • Assist with project setup and managing timelines and tasks in the project management software

      • Provide updates and assistance with partner status meetings to foster positive collaboration and visibility

      • Support sourcing appropriate product information and objectives from internal partners to be able to engage creative teams to deliver sound, strategic creative deliverables

      • Key focus areas include digital content for social media, retailer advertising, web, e-commerce, marketing collateral and displays, internal branding, innovation sell-in support

      • Collaborate and problem solve with team members including copywriters, designers, video production/animation specialists and brand leads

      • Translate creative briefs and assist with managing multiple projects from concept through completion

      • Support multi-media projects by coordinating production logistics, assisting on-set during shoot days and managing post-production tasks

      What we are looking for:

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

      • 1 internship of relevant experience

      • Proven experience flawlessly managing multiple projects, including timelines and resources, at one time

      • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written communications

      • Able to create strong, positive, collaborative relationships through excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust

      • Demonstrated adaptability to manage projects and team communication within a rapid environment
