Job Description

- Communicate regularly with artists and design agencies about ongoing projects
- Communicate with authors about cover designs
- Support Art Director, Design Director, and Video Director as needed
- Manage book design schedules and tracking documents
- Purchase and maintain image and font licenses
- Manage department expense records and creative service contracts
- Maintain cover related fields on the Production Schedule
- Assist with shipping packages and sending designers copies of books
- Process artwork and file requests from Licensing, Sales and other departments
- Purchase and maintain office supplies
- Help with travel arrangements, shipping, and expense management as requested
- Purchase office supplies and keep office libraries up to date and organized as necessary
- Oversee timecard approval for hourly employees
- Other tasks as assigned by department or divisional leadership
- A college degree with 3-5 years experience
- Strong communication skills, especially relating to design principles and deliverables
- Experience with project management
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Organized, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills

Title: Creative Coordinator
Department: Creative
Reports to: Vice President of Creative
Primary Role:
The Creative Coordinator is responsible for administration, project management, office management, communication, and coordination in support of the Creative Department. He or she is responsible for administrative support to the Vice President of Creative and other Communications Departments when needed.
Accountability:
The Creative Coordinator will meet on a regular basis with the Vice President of Design for the purpose of reviewing plans and progress and evaluating results, and will be prepared to provide updates on the status of assigned responsibilities.

Salary:
Competitive salary based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. Salary commensurate with current standards for comparable positions and responsibilities within publishing and other leading not-for-profit ministries. Compensation reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the Crossway Board of Directors.
