What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set the creative direction for the employer, inspiring and managing a cross-functional design team
- Oversee the design of various digital assets, including Meta ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media graphics
- Utilize data and insights to inform creative decisions, optimizing campaigns for performance
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative culture
- Collaborate with Product and Product Design teams to ensure brand consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in a senior marketing creative role, with 2+ years managing a high-performing creative and design team
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing designs for consumer-focused companies
- Expertise in brand development, visual design, motion and animation, and responsive UX design
- Proficiency in modern design software (Sketch, Figma, etc.) and basic knowledge of video production tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-house design experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring a creative team and fostering collaboration
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, fluid environments
