Position Purpose: The Creative Director at Saint Anthony Hospital is responsible for leading the hospital’s visual and brand identity, ensuring all marketing, advertising, and communication materials align with strategic goals. This role oversees the development of compelling, B2B and patient-centered content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms to enhance brand awareness, community engagement, and patient trust. The Creative Director helps guide the conceptualization and execution of campaigns that support service lines, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach. This role also supports marketing and fundraising material for the new hospital development at the Focal Point Community Campus.
Essential Functions (list in order of importance including measures)
1. Develop and maintain the hospital’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
2. Ensure consistency and high-quality design across all platforms
3. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, branded signage, digital assets, and videos.
4. Develop and maintain an understanding of the SAH services lines and departments to be applied to creative concepts and material
5. Create content and manage in-house TV channel that is available in all patient rooms, hospital waiting rooms and pharmacy.
6. Creates custom art for website(s) and oversees artwork for social media to ensure it meets brand standards.
7. Identify innovative ways to grow the Saint Anthony brand through creative/design
8. Provide suggestions and solutions for improving department work and approval processes.
Marginal Functions (list in order of importance)
Ø Performs both essential and marginal job functions in a safe manner as identified by Saint Anthony Hospital and the respective department while adhering to the Hospital’s confidentiality norms and standards. Actively and consistently demonstrates the core values of Saint Anthony Hospital in all interactions with others.
Ø Assumes responsibility for knowing and maintaining established hospital and departmental objectives, business strategies, policies/procedures including general sanitation, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Ø Participates in performance activities including problem identification, data collection, solution selection, implementation and evaluation. Also assists in the care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies as appropriate.
Ø Participates in staff meetings and other inservices, meetings or committees as required.
General Job Requirements (List any required knowledge, skills, experiences or training, including length of time necessary for proficiency, required to perform the job.)
· Full-time experience as a creative director responsible for an organizations branding, with expertise in art direction and graphic design
· Experience in filming and editing video for commercial use and social media
· Strategic and conceptual thinker; able to identify innovative ways to communicate through design
· Graphic design skills for multi media
· Open attitude with focus on quality output with attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· Customer Focused
· Collaborative as well as ability to work independently
· Strong experience with office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Adobe Creative Suite

$125,000 to $130,000/ yr
