- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a senior design role, with a strong brand focus
- 3 to 5 years of experience in team or administrative management
- Strong portfolio featuring a variety of branding and visual campaign work
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and AI-based tools
- Strategic thinker with solid execution skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding bilingual communication and project management skills, with a deep understanding of client needs and an ability to drive positive changes within the organization[1]
- Develop and implement impactful visual strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with corporate and franchise stakeholders
- Implement digital and AI-powered creative tools
- Stay at the forefront of design trends

In summary, what is the role about?
This is a high-impact, hands-on creative leadership role where you’ll shape the future of an evolving brand and help us stand out in a saturated category. As Creative Director, you will lead the visual and conceptual evolution of our brands across all platforms. You’ll drive the creative direction of our residential, commercial, and employer brands, integrating advanced technology tools (including AI) to boost awareness and expand our reach.
This position is offered in a hybrid format, with in-office presence required based on operational needs.
