  The Opportunity:

  Reporting to the Vice-President Marketing, E-Commerce & Visual Presentation for the Pennington's brand, the Creative Director leads and guides design, creative strategy, communication and art direction. As an expert in your craft, you will act as the architect of the brand, to determine and influence the direction of design, store concept, content marketing and all creative assets in order to strengthen the brand image, increase profitability and propel the brand into the future.

  What you do:

  • Develops and drive integrated creative strategies while ensuring brand DNA alignment:
  • Overseas brand storytelling content direction:
  • Leads a high-performance team and directs the marketing and visual direction of the brand that will impact all marketing touchpoints, drive sales volume in store and online and increase profitability:
  • Creates a 360-marketing activation strategy:
  • Determines project needs and create seasonal campaign creative direction that will guide cross functional teams to make timely and impactful decisions:
  • Directs all aspects of photoshoot and approves all final shootings while ensuring the establish budget is respected:
  • Travels in collaboration with design and merchandising teams in order to view and analyze the competitive landscape and emerging trends in all facets of creative design.

  Who you are:

  • University degree in related field of study:
  • 5 + years' experience leading and developing a multidiscipline creative team :
  • Deep understanding of branding, digital media and in store media, online and off line content:
  • Strong knowledge of creative processes and experiential marketing:
  • An influential communicator who can craft, present and guide an inspiring creative vision.
