Role will be a combination of managing an in-house creative team, and executing work that inspires at an enterprise level.
Work will include high level brand concepts and copy work in additional to direct mail, regulated and non regulated assets, print magazine, out of home, flyers and materials for our business partners and more.
Role includes close collaboration with digital and web creative team, along with video and production team.
Use data and consumer insights to develop strategies that inspire, improve performance and comprehension across all creative
Partner with other creative leads in digital and video to build a brand experience that is both memorable, differentiated, and beneficial to the consumer.
Ensure ROI of compelling campaigns, communications, and content
Inspire an internal creative team to drive continuous innovation and impact to the customers and company.
A creative and strategically driven individual with 10+ years of creative experience in design, print, copy and product functions. 5+ years of management experience preferred.
Ability and comfort converting marketing data and consumer insights into effective and inspiring creative strategy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with understanding of how to manage priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Highly organized and able to deliver large body of error-free, compliant and complex work through efficient versioning strategies and team leadership.
Demonstrated success leading organizations and creative teams through important brand changes and innovations
Extensive knowledge and expertise in digital design executions – proficient in Adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Excellent design and copy skills
Digital and web design experience a plus
Extensive knowledge, and experience in google drive, slides, and sheets.
Interest and experience in new technology for improved workflows across team and enterprise.

Salary Range: $150,000- 180,000 annuallyEmployer sponsored health, dental and vision plan with low or no premium

Job Description
Devoted is seeking an imaginative, experienced, and data-driven Creative Director who is excited to change the face of health insurance and healthcare. Devoted Health, today, is understood as a Medicare Advantage startup with world class service, but will one day become a nationally recognized consumer service brand powered by a differentiated model of care. The Creative Director of Print and Product will be responsible for delivering both growth and comprehension of our Medicare Advantage offering–to our consumers and business partners–and also development of high-level strategy, design, copy, and content that helps build our brand’s future state; a trusted service in the healthcare space. This role will report to our Sr. Director of Creative and Brand Marketing and will manage a team that includes copywriters and designers.
