Shape and evolve the overarching HHS brand strategy to ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation across markets and audiences.
Maintain and enforce visual brand guidelines across internal and external channels.
Lead the development and refinement of sub-brands and program branding within the larger HHS identity framework.
Creative Direction & Execution
Oversee concepting and execution of creative assets, including digital campaigns, print collateral, presentations, video storyboarding, photography, and other supporting materials.
Drive the creation of visual storytelling that reflects the company’s mission and values.
Manage large-scale creative initiatives from kickoff through delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers, setting clear expectations and encouraging professional growth.
Maintain an efficient project pipeline, prioritizing, scoping appropriately, and delivering work on time.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure creative work meets strategic objectives.
Manage external creative partners (e.g., freelance designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies).
Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and project management to ensure consistency and quality.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Align creative priorities with business goals and marketing objectives.
Monitor creative team output, adjusting timelines and workflows.
Track and report on project delivery metrics, ensuring consistent output and identifying areas of optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in a creative leadership or senior design role.
Demonstrated experience managing a brand across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), Canva, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) as well as overall Google Drive.
Bonus: Video editing and familiarity with productivity software (ClickUp)
Creative Vision: Strong ability to turn business goals into emotionally resonant visual campaigns.
Leadership: Passionate about developing people and fostering a collaborative, feedback-driven team culture.
Project Management: Skilled at juggling multiple projects with shifting priorities, ensuring work is delivered on time and at a high standard.
Brand Stewardship: Deep knowledge of brand systems and consistency across digital and print.
Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with various stakeholders—from executives to entry-level staff.
Communication: Confident in presenting ideas, giving feedback, and advocating for creative best practices.

Responsibilities
Creative Manager
The Creative Manager is the driving force behind the HHS’ visual identity across all divisions, sub-brands, and initiatives. This strategic and hands-on leader shapes and stewards a cohesive brand identity, guiding the creative direction for various deliverables, including marketing campaigns, sales, internal communications, and executive initiatives.
As the leader of a small in-house team of two graphic designers, the Creative Manager balances big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, ensuring timely, high-quality creative output that supports initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring designers, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position over time.
Salary: $75,000-$80,000 based on experience
