      We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Creative Marketing Coordinator to join The Copyrights Group (a STUDIOCANAL company) focusing on the Paddington BearTM brand. Fixed term contract for 12 months, starting July 2023.

      As Creative Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing Manager and support both Marketing and Creative teams execute licensing partners’ campaigns. We are looking for someone with experience working on a Brand Licensing Management Software (such as MyMediabox) to help set up new partners’ and input on all marketing material submitted by existing and new licensing collaborators. Additionally, this broad role includes supporting the Marketing Manager execute the brand’s global marketing strategy and the Sales team by creating up-to-date B2B marketing material.

      Key Responsibilities

      Operational Marketing:

      • Manage marketing related submissions via Approval software (set up new partners’ accounts, communicate and ensure process is followed, review content and gather feedback from multiple stakeholders)
      • Support the creation and update of B2B marketing material (sales pitches, insights and trends reports, competitive benchmark)
      • Collaborate with internal teams to build marketing and PR calendar and manage competition plan

      Digital Marketing:

      • Support social media campaigns for key brand channels (content planning, translation, brief review and asset creation for multiple platforms) collaboratively with social media agency.
      • Populate the company's B2B and B2C websites.
      • Manage and execute the brand’s email marketing strategy using MailerLite software

      Creative Strategy & Design:

      • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all creative materials.
      • Manage and organise digital assets, including photos, videos and style guide assets.
      • Support retail marketing design & approval enquiries
      • Design digital and print adverts to support multiple product lines in the licensing press 3 times a year.

      Business Intelligence:

      • Research and conduct studies to support strategic marketing projects.
      • Create and deliver a bi-weekly innovative newsletter for the team to stay up to date on industry news, competitor’s launches and more

      Experience

      • Design skills and experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (PremierePro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
      • Experience working in marketing or related (in the entertainment/ licensing industry preferred but not mandatory)
      • Experience using a Brand Management/ Approval software (such as MyMediabox) or other online proofing tool is advantageous
      • Familiarity with social media platforms, website management, and email marketing
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
