      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify software product needs and requirements, leading the prioritization and development of features and functionality
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
      - Monitor work through deployment and post-deployment activities
      - Proactively identify problems, recommend solutions, and escalate as necessary
      - Socialize product features and enhancements to stakeholders, including knowledge transfer and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of industry or product management experience
      - Retail background is essential
      - Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams
      - Proven experience in identifying software product needs and requirements
      - Capability to manage product features and enhancements effectively

      - Experience in software product management within the retail industry
      - Familiarity with product development lifecycles
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
