Department Summary Our marketing and advertising teams bring a unique blend of skills to tell the DISH TV and Sling TV story. Job Duties and Responsibilities As a Project Manager at OneTen Creative, you’ll make sure all our projects are set up for success. We like being successful. You’re the person in the middle of the account and creative teams making sure things get done. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan, and manage all steps in the project lifecycle. You juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You do the things that help keep the team happy and churning out quality creative to help support departments across the whole DISH business. Responsibilities: Communication. You have a way of facilitating conversations and making people talk to each other. You clear up ambiguity for the team. You are curious and seek to understand the why behind decisions and guidance from the team, clients, etc. Schedules and Timelines. You know how to build a timeline, keep things on track and manage expectations along the way Review And Approval. You help manage and track the planning, design, approval and production processes for each project Clients and Account Managers. You hold their hand and make sure they’re happy. You are wicked organized and have thorough attention to detail. You manage your time well and you are self-motivated to get things done Logistics. You make sure things run on time and coordinate things to make the team’s life easier and more organized. Setting up kickoffs, running point on the tools our team uses and handling all legal agreements and contracts Resources. You figure out what we need and how to get it in place Skills, Experience and Requirements Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Sales, or relevant field Spent the last 1-3 years at a creative agency or spaceship, managing projects or accounts Skills: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs People speak highly of your ability to manage the details and communicate in a way that helps solve problems and make things happen Proven ability to juggle multiple account at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Salary Ranges Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
