What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the entire creative project management process, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and tracking creative work across design, video, and content
- Manage and optimize the project management system (Microsoft Planner) to ensure all briefs are entered, assigned, tracked, and approved
- Organize and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (SharePoint) to ensure assets are accessible and version-controlled
- Review incoming creative briefs from stakeholders for completeness and clarity before handing off to the creative team
- Act as the liaison between creative and other marketing functions to ensure alignment across campaigns and deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or production environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and Asana
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and MIRO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at problem-solving and anticipating roadblocks
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
