Join our team and bring your best self to the table.#bringyourflavorWhat You Will Be Doing Reporting to the Sr. Creative Operations Manager for Albertsons Media Collective, the Creative Project Manager will act as an air traffic controller, managing the day-to-day creative flow and execution for all media through Albertsons Media Collective. Responsibilities include ensuring all creative meets internal brand standards and managing creative best practices with third-party agencies and partners.This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week in the office, based in Boise, ID, or Pleasanton, CA.Main Responsibilities Act as a project manager for the creative operations team, managing workflow for a busy creative team.Collaborate with endemic and non-endemic partners to outline creative requirements for campaign activation.Serve as a creative strategist for endemic partners and coordinate with the media team on campaign planning.Maintain creative timelines for multiple campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.Act as the creative subject matter expert for client programs, including planning, reviews, and reports.Build relationships with project managers, marketing managers, and stakeholders for efficient workflows.Coordinate with legal counsel regarding campaign questions.Participate in weekly cross-functional team calls to track project timelines.Manage digital asset systems for multiple campaigns.Oversee quality assurance between the creative team and partners.Manage the flow of creative files across marketing teams.Lead creative kick-off calls with internal agencies and management.The salary range is $82,900 to $107,680 annually, with starting salary based on experience, location, and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, holidays, bereavement pay, retirement benefits (such as 401(k)), and quarterly bonuses.What We Are Searching For 3-5 years of producer or project management experience in an agency or in-house creative team.Highly organized, with experience managing small to medium projects with multiple stakeholders.Experience working with global partners and agencies (production, broadcast, creative vendors, video production).Excellent communication skills.Strong understanding of branding, writing, design, and the creative process.Experience collaborating with external creative agencies and production partners.A passion for creative excellence balanced with stakeholder needs and deadlines.Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, sometimes undefined environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong team player, organized, proactive, with a good eye for quality creative work.Creative expertise in digital media channels and Adobe Creative Suite capabilities.What is it like at Albertsons?
