Creative Services Graphic Designer

It’s an exciting time to join Weigel Broadcasting! We are seeking an experienced broadcast TV, cable, streaming, studio, or agency Graphic Designer to join our new network Creative Services Department. This seasoned design superstar will help create vibrant and on-brand network sizzle videos, PowerPoint presentations, and collateral materials that tell our company’s exciting story. The successful candidate is a collaborative creative dynamo who can produce amazing work for TV motion video, digital and printed presentations, and is ready to roll up their sleeves and join our amazing team. This position will report to the Creative Services Director with additional reporting to the Art Director. Only candidates with portfolios showing TV motion graphics and still design work will be considered.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated professional experience working at a major market TV station, national network, or agency.
• Strong TV video, digital, PowerPoint and print graphic design skills that exemplify creative and clean graphic design, layout, and typography, with heavy motion graphics skills a must.
• Work collaboratively within the department and communicate effectively with all employees.
• Very organized and able to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• A positive can-do attitude and big idea generator with a passion for TV, their work, and the creative process.

Location:

This position is preferred onsite in our Chicago corporate office, but remote work candidates will be considered with the right qualifications.
