- Create visually appealing, engaging and on-brand content for a variety of platforms, including digital and print materials that promote the organization to target audiences.
- Develop graphics, layouts and illustrations for marketing and communications collateral, social media, emails, websites, 12th Man Magazine and other channels.
- Ensure consistent application of the brand’s identity across all creative materials.
- Collaborate with MarCom staff to maintain and evolve the brand’s visual voice and personality.
- Contribute to the development of creative strategies that effectively communicate messages and enhance brand recognition.
- Provide input on visual elements that support MarCom campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with MarCom staff to enhance storytelling through visuals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies and best practices.
- Manage and update existing visual content to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.
- Assist with developing content plans and distribution strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with writing and editing for a variety of digital and print materials.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or previous related experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications and/or Graphic Design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on changing priorities, including weekend, holiday and evening hours
- Experience using Asana
- Ability to work using a Mac or Windows environment
- Knowledge of marketing principles and brand development

JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Under the general direction of the Manager of Communications & Creative Services, the Creative Specialist will be responsible for supporting all areas of the 12th Man Foundation’s marketing and communications efforts with a focus on producing high-quality content for a variety of platforms to support the overall mission of the 12th Man Foundation.
