What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create visually engaging website layouts and landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions
- Develop on-brand graphics, ad creatives, infographics, and social media visuals that reinforce client authority
- Design and animate motion graphics and video content optimized for web and social media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with campaign goals and performance insights
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to innovate and elevate visual standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or web design (agency experience preferred)
- Proven ability to create conversion-optimized designs for digital platforms
- Strong understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and visual hierarchy for various digital formats
- Experience producing short-form video and motion graphics for social media platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional team environment

- Familiarity with AI-based design tools and a proactive approach to exploring automation for increased efficiency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
