- This is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent.
- Strategic Content Planning: Own the editorial calendar across key content types: blogs, web pages, video, social, and thought leadership. Develop content strategies aligned to campaign goals, SEO, and audience needs. Shape and evolve brand messaging and positioning with an eye on consistency and clarity.
- Hands-On Creation: Write high-impact content across formats: blog posts, video scripts, email copy, social posts, website pages, etc. Create basic social graphics using Canva or similar tools; partner with designers when needed. Shoot and/or edit simple videos for web and social (product explainers, short interviews, event recaps). Optimize content for different platforms and audiences (e.g. LinkedIn vs. Instagram, top-of-funnel vs. conversion).
- Promotion & Distribution: Collaborate on social media planning and scheduling. Help promote awards, PR wins, and thought leadership content in a way that reflects our tone and differentiates our brand. Ensure content gets visibility across our website, social, email, and other owned channels.
- Collaboration & Creative Direction: Work closely with marketing leadership, designers, and other stakeholders to align content with broader campaigns. Maintain quality and brand standards across all content. Stay current on B2B content trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in digital storytelling.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in content strategy, creative marketing, or brand communications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to write, conceptualize, and execute across multiple formats
- Experience developing and executing content plans that drive awareness and engagement
- Strong writing and editing chops with attention to tone, clarity, and brand alignment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, and social media publishing (via HubSpot Social)
- Working knowledge of design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or basic video editing platforms (e.g. Descript, iMovie)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy.
- Experience in B2B, IT services, or MSP space
- Background in journalism, creative writing, or editorial content
- Ability to manage external freelancers or vendors for overflow content needs

Benefits and Perks
The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt

Workspace Requirements and Remote Work Policy
Team members must establish a dedicated safe workspace that is free from distractions, hazards, and that is secure from unauthorized access. This includes following Ntiva’s IT User and Security Policies that include but are not limited to password-protecting all equipment, keeping confidential and proprietary documents secure, refraining from using public Wi-Fi, having adequate arrangements in place to avoid significant interruptions from caregiving responsibilities during work hours (except in emergency situations with manager approval). Any remote work away from a team member’s normal expected dedicated safe workspace must be requested by team member, is subject to review by management, and must adhere to Ntiva policies and procedures.
