Job Description

- Assisting the pitching process of our vast and diverse repertoire across recordings and publishing working on a broad range of media.
- Supporting the creative pitching output of the sync team and working with A&R to ensure the team are across the freshest and best new music.
- Coordinating client entertainment: gig invites, ticket buys, organizing client dinners.
- Coordinating client events such as showcase and playbacks.
- Maintaining the pitching management Trello board.
- Frontline / Blanket TV pitching – Love Island, Made In Chelsea, Sports etc.
- Delivering and tracking down audio assets.
- Assisting with marketing mailouts – keeping our clients up to date on the best new music.
- Researching and finding hidden gems in the BMG catalogue.
- Regularly providing new music to key clients.
- Attending gigs, entertaining sync clients and artist.
- Passionate and knowledgable about a wide range of music.
- Strong Understanding of how music interacts with culture and the emotion of a film or video.
- Proactive approach.

- Photoshop, video editing, music production knowledge, Marketing skills
- £30k-£35k per annum.

Creative Sync Coordinator (FTC)

BMG Sync UK is a forward thinking, collaborative and pro-active team responsible for pitching for and negotiating deals for music use in Film, TV, Advertising and Video Games.We look after a roster spanning across artists such as The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, Iggy Pop, George Harrison, Lewis Capaldi, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, George Ezra, Bring Me The Horizon, FKJ, FKA Twiggs, Tame Impala, Joy Crookes and many more.
As a Creative Co-ordinator – (Temporary Contract) you will be supporting the creative side of the department whos primary is to pitch BMG’s music to briefs from Ad agencies, music supervisors, directors and producers.Please note this role is a FTC until the end of 2024.
