      Role: Creative/Art Director

      Location: New Cairo, Egypt

      About the role:

      Working in partnership with our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Art/Creative Director to lead and manage our creative team, ensuring the highest standards of visual execution across all platforms. This role is responsible for driving the ideation and development of compelling, brand-aligned content for social media and beyond, while overseeing production quality and ensuring consistency across campaigns.

      What you will be doing:

      • Creative Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and high-quality output.
      • Visual Ideation: Drive the visual ideation process for all social media content and creative campaigns, providing strategic and art direction.
      • Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative assets and designs align with the brand’s identity, tone, and campaign objectives .
      • Content Development: Develop and evolve the visual identity and creative approach for new content series, formats, or platforms.
      • Production Oversight: Supervise production projects from concept to final delivery, maintaining creative excellence and executional quality.

      What you need to be great in this role:

      • 7+ years of experience in art direction or visual design, including team leadership experience
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, social-first content, and campaign work
      • Deep understanding of brand identity and design systems
      • Excellent communication and team management skills
      • Experience in overseeing production (photo, video, animation) is a plus
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
