  About the Role:

  As a Creator Partnerships Intern at IPSY, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a leading beauty subscription company that celebrates diversity and self-expression. IPSY is dedicated to inspiring and empowering beauty lovers around the world, and as an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Creator Partnerships team in building and maintaining relationships with influential creators.

  This position reports to the Director of Creator Partnerships. This internship is hybrid remote with one day per week in the Santa Monica Office. This is a part time internship requiring 30 hours per week and ends December 21st 2023.

  What Youu2019ll Be Doing:

  • Relationship Building: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential creators, influencers, and content creators who align with IPSY's brand and values.u00A0
  • Content Collaboration: You will assist in coordinating the logistics of content creation, including brainstorming ideas, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Campaign Support: Provide support to the Creator Partnerships team in executing various campaigns and initiatives. This includes tracking influencer collaborations, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and generating reports to assess the impact of creator partnerships.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.u00A0
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as managing creator databases, organizing contracts and agreements, and scheduling meetings and shipping products for PR.

  What We are Looking For:

  • Passion for Beauty and Influencer Marketing: A genuine interest in the beauty industry and a solid understanding of influencer marketing trends and practices.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and maintain relationships with creators and influencers.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Basic analytical skills to collect and analyze data, track campaign performance, and generate reports.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and taking initiative when necessary.

  Salary Range: $20 USD per hour (30 hours per week)

  Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, IPSY also offers a bonus, equity grants and competitive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
