      Your Role at impact.com:

      As a member of the Studio team, our in-house influencer marketing experts, you will contribute to multiple accounts across verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. We design and manage campaigns for clients from introductory tests to year-long brand ambassador programs. In this role, you will support campaign execution and senior team members on a variety of programs.

      What You'll Do:

      • Support execution, from casting through reporting
      • Join kick-off calls, noting action items and questions from clients
      • Communicate with creators, including monitoring messages, day to day questions, facilitating product shipment, content collection, and more, in partnership with Campaign Managers
      • Organize external and internal documents for campaign execution
      • Assist in casting and recruiting influencers for campaigns based on client’s criteria
      • Review applicants for campaigns to assure they are high quality and qualified
      • Assist in creating influencer campaign brief based on guidelines given by brand as well as FTC guidelines
      • Collect and reviews influencer content to ensure they meet requirements set in the brief and are free of spelling and grammar errors
      • Communicate any edits needed on content with influencers
      • Review live content to assure all edits were made correctly
      • Build wrap report shell and inputs campaign content
      • Provide excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring both the clients and creators are happy and impressed with our services

      What You Have:

      • Completion of your free Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA.
      • Bachelor's Degree
      • 0-2 years experience contributing to influencer marketing programs
      • Knowledge of influencers across verticals and influencer rates a major plus
      • Knowledge of social media platforms
      • Communication, organization, and relationship building skills
      • Ability to meet tight deadlines
      • Problem solving skills
      • Basic knowledge of Google Slides, Google Sheets & Excel

      *Strong preference will be given to candidates who have earned their free Influencer Certification.

      Please note that this is a six month internship and that this is a hybrid role based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be required to be in office a minimum of two days a week.
