      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage administrative tasks related to healthcare practitioner credentialing, including expiring documents such as state licensure and malpractice insurance
      - Oversee Leave of Absence tracking and maintain provider demographic updates in the Credentialing Database
      - Collect necessary documents required by Managed Care Companies
      - Assist with various administrative tasks within the department as needed
      - Ensure compliance with all credentialing requirements and protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field
      - High School Diploma or GED is required
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with credentialing processes in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with Managed Care Companies and their documentation requirements
      - Proficiency in using credentialing databases and software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
      - Previous experience in administrative roles within healthcare organizations
