      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Audit and monitor credentialing applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Document and track performance statistics related to credentialing processes
      - Train new and existing staff on processing credentialing applications
      - Analyze application documents for accuracy and completeness, communicating necessary corrections to practitioners
      - Coordinate expedited credentialing processes and respond to inquiries from healthcare organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in business or healthcare-related field and 1 year of experience in medical staff credentialing and/or payer enrollment functions
      - Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
      - Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and NCQA regulations related to medical staff services
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders across the organization

      - Certified Medical Professional Services Management (CPMSM) upon hire
      - Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) upon hire
