What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers to ensure compliance with regulations
- Verify and maintain accurate records of provider credentials and licenses
- Communicate with providers and internal teams regarding credentialing status and requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in healthcare credentialing (e.g., CPCS, CPMSM)
- Experience with electronic credentialing systems
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
