What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the credentialing process for assigned Medical Staff, including applications, reappointments, proctoring, and competencies
- Interface with physicians, management, and co-workers in a professional manner
- Navigate multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment
- Communicate effectively regarding the status of work progress and scheduling requirements
- Support the busy Medical Group by ensuring timely and accurate credentialing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience in Credentialing or relevant training and experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate work progress effectively
- Strong written, oral, and graphic communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to complete assignments independently with no supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ModioHealth Credentialing system
