- Conduct financial and credit analysis for new and existing business clients
- Prepare credit submissions and risk assessments in line with bank policy and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Executives to deliver tailored banking solutions
- Support the team with portfolio management, customer onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional business and agribusiness trends, economic conditions, and credit risk practices
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer outcomes
- Have a strong understanding of business and commercial lending, ideally with exposure to regional or agribusiness clients
- Possess solid financial and credit analysis skills, with experience in interpreting financial statements
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Are confident communicators and effective team players
- Are tertiary qualified in business, finance, economics, or a related field (desirable)

In this role, you’ll be integral to supporting a portfolio of commercial and regional and agribusiness clients, helping them to grow, innovate and succeed. Your insights and analysis will directly inform strategic decisions and strengthen client relationships across a wide range of industries.
