What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and manage credit lines while initiating collections from customer accounts
- Resolve client discrepancies, billing issues, short payments, and disputes
- Prepare and review reports to assess the status of collections and outstanding balances
- Collaborate with sales teams to establish credit limits based on financial evaluations
- Manage special credit arrangements and deviations from standard payment terms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit and collection analysis
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Recent experience with Oracle is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-directed with the ability to make independent business decisions
