Job Description:
Credit & Collections Analyst - Remote United States
Responsibilities:
- Manage an accounts receivable portfolio, building effective customer relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners for maximum collections
- Evaluate and make credit decisions based on account performance and credit-related data
- Conduct credit reviews and analyze financial statements, utilizing risk mitigation tools
- Handle dispute management, research, resolution of unapplied cash, and open credits
- Prepare month-end reports and ensure compliance with credit and collections processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business collections experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members, sales representatives, and customers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Detail-oriented and organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Customer service and general office experience preferred
- Knowledge of risk analysis and receivable collection is a plus
- Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus
- Up to 10% travel required
