What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make collection calls and follow up on customers with past due items
- Research customer deductions and pursue repayment for invalid deductions
- Prepare credit memos as needed
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve issues
- Process and maintain financial records in compliance with legal requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- In the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and sound math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
