      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify accounts with overdue payments and maintain records of delinquency
      - Locate debtors and contact them to address overdue payments and determine reasons for outstanding debt
      - Communicate with sales department and Operations team to ensure accurate and updated information on client accounts and payments
      - Process customer payments, account adjustments, and refunds
      - Review records for accuracy and handle disputes to maintain appropriate account information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Good listening skills
      - Communication skills
      - Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other debt collection laws
      - Negotiating skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer Service Experience
