Job Description
- Req#: 4613
- Researches direct credit reporting disputes, processes any necessary reporting updates on e-OSCAR and/or Navigator, and responds to the customer.
- Researches indirect credit reporting disputes provided through e-OSCAR, processes any necessary updates on e-OSCAR and/or Navigator.
- Processes updates to credit reporting codes in Navigator due to change requests from Special Assets.
- Reviews tracker reports for potential coding changes and update the accounts as needed.
- Produces accurate, thorough and timely work, while meeting commitments and following policies and procedures.
- Handles lending personnel calls related to credit reporting issues.
- Reviews the monthly error reports from the credit reporting agencies and update the system information to resolve the issue.
- Manages and works on multiple projects simultaneously with varying responsibility and complexity.
- Maintains customer confidentiality at all times.
- Maintains regular, good and punctual attendance to work.
- Adheres to all Bank policy, practice and procedure.
- Periodically travels on company business
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and other employees of the organization.
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative/clerical work experience
