What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Utilize standard screens, scripts, and procedures to assist customers effectively
- Navigate a computerized system for troubleshooting customer questions
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Engage with over 100 customers daily in a fast-paced call environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced customer interactions
- Capability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
