What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Navigate computerized systems to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions
- Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced environment
- Provide empathetic support for inquiries related to rewards, card activations, and payment processing
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Must be able to maintain a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Familiarity with digital banking or financial services
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing customer needs
