What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Navigate a computerized system for responding to customer questions and troubleshooting issues
- Assist over 100+ customers daily in a fast-paced environment
- Provide empathetic support on inquiries related to reward redemptions, card activations, and payment processing
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain focus in a remote work environment
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload speed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Familiarity with navigating multiple systems for customer inquiries
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry
