What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Navigate a computerized system for responding and troubleshooting customer questions
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues
- Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize multiple systems to respond to and troubleshoot customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Credit screening may be required for some roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
