      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle routine customer service inquiries via telephone, digital, or chat channels using effective communication and problem-solving skills
      - Navigate a computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions
      - Engage with over 100 customers daily in a fast-paced call environment
      - Assist customers with various inquiries including reward redemptions, card activations, and payment processing
      - Actively manage and escalate customer-impacting issues to management as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - 1+ years of customer service experience
      - Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to operate office equipment such as a computer and telephone
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
      - Familiarity with digital banking and payment systems
      - Strong multitasking abilities
      - Experience using computerized systems for customer inquiries
