What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels
- Assist over 100+ customers daily in a fast-paced call environment
- Navigate computerized systems to troubleshoot and document customer inquiries
- Engage with customers regarding reward redemptions, card activations, and payment processing
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Capacity to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
