Randstad Professionals is currently seeking an experience Fraud Investigator, specializing in credit card accounts, for a 6+ month contract role based in Claymont, DE. This position will go hybrid after training is completed, 3 days in office, however for the first month you must be in office for in-depth training. • Investigate high dollar/risk fraud claims by utilizing Mercury Financial research tools
• Review high dollar and suspicious payments to ensure validity of funds
• Verify account activity and take appropriate action to minimize potential fraud losses
