      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for clients with inquiries related to credit card operations
      - Provide exceptional client engagement and support, ensuring a positive experience
      - Identify client needs and proactively suggest appropriate banking solutions
      - Maintain a thorough understanding of CIBC's products to facilitate quick problem resolution
      - Collaborate with internal departments to connect clients with additional resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a secure workspace
      - Proficient in using technology and systems relevant to banking operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
      - Familiarity with CIBC's suite of products and services
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of financial products and services
      - Fluency in French is an asset
