      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding their credit card inquiries and requests
      - Assist clients in managing their credit card operations and proactively suggest financial solutions
      - Engage with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience and provide trusted advice
      - Resolve client issues efficiently by leveraging knowledge of CIBC's products and systems
      - Collaborate with internal departments to connect clients with appropriate resources for their needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently with a secure workspace, free from distractions
      - Wired internet connection capable of supporting call quality and speed requirements
      - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends within the contact center hours
      - Legal eligibility to work at specified locations
