Job Description

- Daily Allocation of funds received
- Administer a portfolio of Brokers and Agents ensuring that allocations are done timeously and assist with queries as they may arise
- Ensure that Internal Controls are adhere to and accurate allocations are processed
- Perform Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis and unallocated items are resolved.
- Weekly financial reporting to management
- Management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Grade 12 WITH Accounting and Mathematics
- Namibian Citizens
- Financial Qualifications would be beneficial
- Computer literate (MS Office package)..
- The ability to communicate effectively and fluently in Afrikaans and English.
