      As a Credit Controller/Receptionist/HR Support you will be the Allrounder in our Croatian new established Customer Center,ensuring smooth operations across finance, administration, and HR support.

      The Role:

      Your role will surround diverse responsibilities of Credit Controller (40%), Logistics (35%) Receptionist (15%), and HR Support (10%). A dynamic position filled with a variety of tasks and challenges.

      Credit Controller

      • Responsible for managing and reducing the debts of our business.
      • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
      • Initiate legal proceedings in cases of non-payment and manage the process.
      • cooperate with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team

      Receptionist

      • Be the face of our company by offering a warm welcome to guests
      • assist, and direct visitors appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression
      • handling incoming phone calls
      • providing general administrative support

      HR Support

      • providing administrative support to the HR department
      • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
      • Support the Regional HR-Manager with the organization for the car fleet in Croatia

      What we expect from you:

      • Experience as a Credit Controller or a similar role

      • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software

      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues.

      • Work experience as a receptionist or a similar role

      • experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position

      • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
