      What you’ll do

      Credit Management Administrator is responsible managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers.

      Who you are


      Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
       Achieve the KPIs working in compliance with Debt Collection processes.
       Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
       Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
       Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
       Handle questions or complaints
       Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
       Update account status and database regularly
       Update and monitoring daily & monthly reports for overdue payments
       Investigate and resolve discrepancies
       Manages daily all activities with the scope of collection monthly invoices
       Deals with all the team’s members to improve the collection processes.
       Supports all members of the team.

      • Skilled in negotiation
      • Problem-solving skills
      • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
      • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

      Must have technical / professional qualifications:

      • University Degree
      • Good English spoken and written
      • Able to work under pressure

      *Apart from the specific tasks outlined in the role profile and as specified in the employment contract, the Employee is also obligated to perform additional tasks assigned by their line manager. The scope of job responsibilities is further defined during the Performance Dialogue, which includes the Employee's annual individual objectives, training materials related to the position, and process descriptions that govern how tasks should be carried out.
